Banners / Sign Policy

Any signs and banners must be pre-approved and pre-authorized any signs and will  be hung in the designated areas on festival grounds. For pre-approval, please contact here (link will be activated promptly in May).

All payments of the approved banners must be brought to the festival office in Menifee for processing.

All signs and banners are required to comply with the applicable rules on festival grounds and buildings. Additionally, all signs and banners are required to be removed and disposed of it properly at the conclusion of festival.

Signs and banners are restricted to their designated areas according to the sponsorship packages purchased. Signs and banners should be affixed with approved materials like removable painter’s tape inside buildings.  Any instructions by festival staff must be followed.

Distributing Fliers
Any fliers, information, or signature requests may only be done in the registration and exhibitor areas of the convention, and are subject to review and approval by the festival. The festival reserves the right to disallow any distribution of materials. Any individuals distributing fliers or other materials must follow festival staff instructions.
